As a small practice, our priority is to provide personalized care and serve as a calming, trustworthy space for each person we work with. We believe in using empowerment as a guiding tool to help clients navigate challenges such as low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, depression, and trauma. When clients feel accepted, understood, and supported, they are better able to regain a sense of control and confidence in their lives. We offer individual therapy, couples and family therapy, as well as equine-assisted psychotherapy, allowing clients to heal and grow in a way that fits their unique needs.
